Nancy's Floral, Inc.

Typically, I love* this place. However, today there was someone else working I’d never met, who didn’t provide the best customer service in my experience. She didn’t really have solid answers for my questions, unpleasant energy, and I was told that the only designer they have on staff was leaving shortly, so not sure if a custom was possible. I felt like an inconvenience if I’m being honest. I Just expect a more welcoming environment when I pay $50-100 for a flower arrangement. I decided to go to Quads instead.

Nancy’s floral is my favorite florist, every time I had sent flowers, the recipients were so impressed by the bouquets, not only the beautiful flowers but the freshness. They are so prompt on delivery and also give a a credit for the next order. I have attached a picture of flowers my daughter sent me for my birthday from Nancy’s, not knowing they were my favorite florist. I will continue to support this business for all my floral needs.

I've used Nancy's Floral for years, whenever I realize that my wife needs flowers (and for holidays like Mother's Day). Besides being a local business, the level of service and care that they exhibit in every order I place, makes them the only florist I'll use.

I now live out of state but my go-to has always been Nancy’s Floral. I love the upgrade options for the same design. This arrangement is stunning and my friends absolutely love it. The card said exactly what I’d written. The quality of the flowers, the care in arranging, the reasonable pricing, and the on-time delivery add up to more than 5-stars from me.

I had a wonderful experience with Nancy’s Floral! I ordered a floral arrangement for a friend and found a perfect design right on their website. It looked beautiful online, but the real thing was even better. I was especially impressed with how quickly the flowers were delivered (next day) and the excellent communication every step of the way. I received updates throughout the process, which gave me so much confidence that everything was being handled with care. My friend sent me a photo of the arrangement when it arrived, and she said it was “gorgeous.” I’m beyond pleased with the entire experience and will definitely be ordering from Nancy’s Florist again. Highly recommend!
